Will I receive a Tracking Number?
We will email tracking numbers for each package, if you did not receive your tracking number, please Login to your account. On the "Order History" page you will see your order. Please select which order you are looking for and your tracking number will be shown at the bottom on the page.

What is the cost to ship to my address?
We quote shipping prices directly through our shipping partners. Please add your desired product to the cart, click "shopping cart" and there is a shipping calculator within the cart. All you need to enter is your state and zip code to receive a current quote.

Can I pick up my order?
Our warehouse is located in Tucson, Arizona. This is a secure facility, local orders are available for pickup Mon-Fri by apointment only. Please call or email us to arrange pickup within those days

Why is my credit card being declined?
Please verify that you are using the correct billing address and zip code for your card. Authorize.Net has a strict fraud detection policy and your address and zip code MUST match the address and zip code for your card's billing address.
