All Firearms must be shipped to a fully licensed Federal Firearms Licensee. This includes, rifles, pistols and receivers.
Please contact your local dealer to ask if they will receive this product for you before placing your order.
In the comments section of your order or in a separate email to us, please specify the Name, Phone Number and Address of your local dealer.
The corporate office and warehouse of USAC Sales, LLC are located in Arizona. Orders shipped to Arizona destinations or purchased at our location will be charged local City and State sales tax rates. Arizona businesses making purchases with the intent of resale may complete an Arizona Exemption Certificate and will not be charged sales tax. This tax exempt certificate must be completed BEFORE purchases are made. No refunds of sales taxes will be given upon completion of the purchase. Thank you for your cooperation.
Warranty and Pricing Statement
All prices are subject to change without notice. USAC Sales, LLC extends no warranty and is not responsible for any damages due to failure of used products. Used parts and firearms are sold as is. We suggest having a certified gunsmith inspect, install and/or test all used parts and firearms before use. Owner’s manuals are not provided with all firearms. Most new products are fully warranted by the manufacturer and product returns should be arranged with these manufacturers.
All orders will be shipped UPS or USPS depending on the product. All ammunition sales are shipped UPS, during checkout you can select which UPS service you prefer when available. When applicable, USAC Sales reserves the right to charge packaging and handling fee for your order.
Orders typically ship the business day after the order is placed. Please be patient during high volume periods. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery when placing your order at www.usacsales.com. You will receive an email notification providing you with the UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date when the order ships.
If your item is not in stock, we will be happy to back order for you in most cases. You will receive email notification containing cancellation options should you prefer to not wait.
USAC Sales, LLC does not insure shipments to Buyers. USAC Sales uses UPS as its shipping carrier. While the carriers UPS may offer some amount of insurance, we do not purchase insurance on shipments. We strive to package all shipments in a secure fashion; however, we have no control over what the carriers do with the packages or how they handle the packages after they leave our possession. As a result, once a shipment is delivered to the carrier, Buyer agrees that USAC Sales, LLC’s liability ends. Buyer further agrees that all issues related to damaged shipments, lost shipments and similar issues will be addressed with the carrier and that Buyer will not look to USAC Sales, LLC for reimbursement or refund, and Buyer further releases USAC Sales, LLC from all shipping liability and responsibility.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the expenses incurred by returns, we make every effort to insure your order is shipped accurately and that the product meets the standards of our advertising. If a return must be made, please note the following policies:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
No cancellations will be allowed after your order has shipped.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. In the event the incorrect product was shipped to you by our error, a UPS call tag will be issued to return the item(s) to us free of charge.
Upon our receipt of the returned product(s), we reserve the right to evaluate the merchandise to determine if a refund or exchange will be made.
Please Note: A detailed letter explaining the reason for the return and if an exchange or refund is desired MUST accompany all returns. Be sure to include all current contact information including name, address, daytime phone number, email address and the original order number when possible. This letter may also be emailed or faxed to us.
Refunds for returns and cancellations will be issued in the same manner in which original payment was made (i.e. credit card purchases will be returned in the form of a credit to the original card account). Credit card refunds are subject to a 3% fee on all returns and cancelations. PLEASE NOTE: If we deem a return was made without reasonable cause, or wherein our judgment the product meets the advertised condition, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Release and Indemnity
Buyer agrees that USAC Sales, LLC is only a seller of products and does not design, manufacture, make warnings or provide instructions for the products it sells. Buyer further agrees to release USAC Sales, LLC from all liability, whether in contract or tort, and whether for economic losses and/or personal injury, that may be result of, or arise from, products purchased from USAC Sales, LLC. Buyer further agrees that it is responsible for the use of these products, and, should Buyer or any third-party sue USAC Sales, LLC, Buyer agrees to fully indemnify USAC Sales, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, employees, members and managers against any suit related to these products. Buyer further agrees to provide a defense to USAC Sales, LLC for all such suits including attorneys fees and other costs associated with defending lawsuits. BUYER AGREES THAT SUCH INDEMNITY EXTENDS TO ANY NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF USAC SALES, LLC, AND EXPLICITLY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY USAC SALES, LLC FOR ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE.
Disputes & Mediation
Buyer agrees to promptly notify USAC Sales, LLC of any dispute or issue. Buyer agrees to give USAC Sales, LLC a reasonable period of time in which to reasonably resolve the dispute. Buyer further agrees that before any lawsuit is filed against USAC Sales, LLC, Buyer agrees to participate in alternative dispute resolution, including but not limited to mediation. Buyer agrees that such alternative dispute resolution is to occur within Pima County, Arizona. Buyer agrees that notification of a dispute is to be sent to USAC Sales, LLC’s registered agent for service of process as indicated by filings with the Arizona Secretary of State. Should suit ultimately be filed against USAC Sales, LLC or any of its owners, agents, officers, employees, members or managers Buyer agrees to waive a trial by jury and try all issues to the court.
In the event that Buyer chooses to file a complaint, petition or lawsuit against USAC Sales, LLC, or any of its owners, agents, officers, employees, members or managers, Buyer agrees that such a complaint, petition or lawsuit must be filed within a Arizona District Court located within Pima County, Arizona. Buyer further agrees that any complaints filed within any other jurisdiction shall be immediately transferred and transferrable to a court as described above, and Buyer agrees to reimburse USAC Sales, LLC and its owners, agents, officers, employees, member and managers for any costs they may each incur in defending against the complaint and/or transferring it as described above.
Interpretation & Formation
Buyer agrees that this agreement will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, regardless of the choice of law provisions of other states.
Buyer further agrees that this contract is and was executed and/or entered into in Pima County, Arizona.
Waiver, Enforceability and Severability
No waiver of these Terms & Conditions is effective unless written and signed by Buyer and USAC Sales, LLC.
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect, without change.
